It’s near impossible to find when needed and sharing the information is not easy. Receipts from Service Pros are rarely retained. Maintenance or improvement projects are difficult to start and manage. Knowing who to trust to provide service at a fair price is difficult. Data is stored in multiple spreadsheets or note-taking apps. Manuals and warranties may be online but not easily located. Most Service Pros don’t have applications to manage their business.
Service Pros can connect with new customers and manage existing in this collaborative platform. Service Pros can build a business profile and define the communities they serve. Homeowners will link to their projects directly to their profile and Service Pros will have a customer dashboard of work they've done.
